Pengu and the Popsicles
The Controls are; up, down, left, right arrow keys to move and X to look at your inventory which shows you how many popsicles you have.
Pengu and the Popsicles is just a short game with a rolling penguin looking for the popsicles scattered around the area, will you be able to find them all? Probably. So, yes!
When you want to learn, you start from the bottom, so I started by making a game using Pico-8. It's just a small project that I used to help me get used to Pico-8.

Install instructions
If you want to look into the game's code/sprites/etc, then you will require Pico-8 to view so. You'll most likely have to put it inside the "carts" folder to actually let Pico-8 let you access it. The download for the cart is just there.
